Wanna One - Is it possible to extend the activity contract?

<K-pop> Korean Idol group Wanna One is about to close the contract later this year. Recently, Wanna One's Agencies are in discussions about extend the contract.

CJ E & M, Swing Entertainment, MMO Entertainment, Maru Planning, Brand New Music, Cube Entertainment, C9 Entertainment etc. have recently gathered together to discuss the extension of activities.

 "Recently we discussed this things with the agencies. Before the expiration of the contract, various opinions are coming out among the agency. We have not decided yet"

Wanna One made a debut with Mnet 'Produce 101 Season 2'. Wanna One has won first place in various recordings, 'Beautiful', 'Boomerang', 'Turn on', 'Energetic'.

Wanna One 's official contract period is now until December 31. Will Wanna one extend his contract and attend various music awards ceremonies?

BTS x CJ (Big Bang of Korea Entertainment)

CJ ENM(Korean Entertainment Company) will establish an entertainment company with Big Hit Entertainment (Big Hit), which is famous for its idol group Bangtan boys (BTS).

According to korea investment banking (IB) industry on July 31, CJ ENM and Big Hit submitted a corporate bond declaration to the Korea Fair Trade Commission to establish a joint venture entertainment company (temp. Billif). 

Its capital is W7bn, with CJ ENM and Big Hit holding 52% and 48%, respectively. The joint venture plans to launch the company in August after the FTC approval process.

In the market, it is anticipated that CJ ENM, which succeeded the `Superstar K` and` Produce 101 `successively, will find out next generation Korean wave content with Big Hit. 

An entertainment industry official said, "It will affect the domestic entertainment market."
